By making a accommodation booking with us at the huntsman inn ltd, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Confirmed Bookings.
Once a preliminary reservation is made, payment is needed in advance to secure and confirm the booking. Without pre-payment bookings are not confirmed.
Cancellations.
If you need to cancel or alter a booking please contact us as soon as possible. Certain cancellation fees may be applicable before a refund can be given.
If the cancellation is made with 21 days notice NO CANCELLATION FEE. is required.
If the cancellation is made with less than 21 days notice a CANCELALATION FEE OF 10% of the ROOM RATE. is required.
If the Cancellation is made with less than 48 hours notice a CANCELALATION FEE OF 25% of the ROOM RATE. is required.
These fees are charged per room, per day.
If the Cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN..
These cancellation fees cover loss of earnings and room bookings caused by cancellations.
A 10% handling fee may also be deducted from any remittance, covering administration fees,
